2015年註定是不平凡的一年，我們必須波瀾不驚，我們必須冷靜應對，我們必須未雨綢繆，我們必須智慧嚴謹。

Year 2015 is sure to be an unordinary year. We must keep a peaceful mind. We must compose our response. We must prepare the rain gear ahead of time and we must act with wisdom and cautiousness.

2015年我們務必戒驕戒躁、虛心學習、潛心研究，沉下心來做學問，虛懷若谷搞調研，我們要拿出有份量的研究成果。

In 2015, we must be on guard against conceit and impetuosity, learn with an open mind, study diligently with a quiet mind, settle down the heart to study and research with modesty. We will have weighty research results.

There will be no slaughtering, no harming, no cheating, no snare, no trap, no heresy, no evil dharma, no pornography, gambling and drug abuse, or other ugly matters on the New Earth.

感恩節（Thanksgiving Day）原是美國和加拿大共有的節日，由美國人民獨創，原意是為了感謝上天賜予的好收成、感謝印第安人的幫助。

Thanksgiving Day originally is a shared Festival of America and Canada, created by American. It’s original meaning is to thank God for good harvest and to appreciate the help from the native Indians.

自1941年起，每年11月的第四個星期四為美國的感恩節，並從這一天起將休假兩天；加拿大的感恩節則起始於1879年，是在每年10月第二個星期一，與美國的哥倫布日相同。

From 1941, the forth Thursday of November each year was designated as the American Thanksgiving Day. And people will have two days off. The Canadian Thanksgiving Day started in 1879 and it is the second Monday of October, which is the same day as the American Columbus Day.

21世紀初，中國學者倡議設立“中華感恩節”，以弘揚傳統文化。

明天就是感恩節了，師父也要說一聲：“Thank you！”

At the beginning of 21st century, the Chinese scholars advocated to set “Chinese Thanksgiving Day” so as to propagate the traditional Chinese culture. It will be Thanksgiving Day tomorrow and I would like to say “Thank you!”

宣導素食，踐行素食，使地球成為素食星球是我們的重要使命之一，也是關愛地球的重要舉措，我們要將素食進行到底。

Propagating Vegan Diet, practicing Vegan Diet and helping the earth to become a Vegan Planet is one of our important missions, and is also a critical measure of caring the earth. We will carry Vegan Diet to the end.

國際素食日（或國際素食節），是一個自1986年開始來源於印度的一個節日；原稱“世界無肉日”。定於每年的11月25日。漸漸發展為一個世界性節日。這一天世界各地許多屠房停宰、飯堂醫院監獄等會供應全素食品。當年就有超過950萬人響應該運動。

“World Vegetarian Day” is a festival started in 1986 from India. Its original name was “World Meatless Day”. It’s set on Nov. 25th of each year. Gradually, it evolved to be an international festival. On this day, many slaughterhouses stop slaughtering; cafeterias, hospitals, prisons and so on would provide Vegetarian food. In that year alone, there were over nine million people who supported this event.

每年11月25日為“世界無肉日”（MeatlessDay），又稱“世界素食日”或“少肉日”，主要目的是：以關懷動物為基礎，推廣植物性飲食取代動物性飲食。素食者在“世界無肉日”不僅僅是以身作則，還要熱心的將自己的飲食習慣推廣給親朋好友。許多平日沒有吃素習慣的人們，也在這天要求自己吃一日素或者是一餐素，甚至是從此食素。

Nov. 25th of each year is “Meatless Day”. It’s also called “World Vegetarian Day” or “Meat Less Day”. Its main purpose is based on caring the animals and it advocates to replace animal-based diet with plant-based diet. On this day, Vegetarians not only serve as an example to others, but also extend their eating habits to family and friends. Many people who are not Vegetarians will force self to have one day of Vegetarian diet or maybe become Vegetarian from that day.

全球各地已有數千萬的人在這一天參與這個活動，利用群體的力量共同節制口腹之欲，不吃牛、羊、豬、雞、鴨、魚，以及任何動物或者肉製品，更不消費皮草、牙飾印石等動物製品。

There are already millions of people who participate this event, controlling appetite appeasement with the force of a team. 昨天重點講了止殺，呼籲地球人停止殺生。

Yesterday, I laid special stress on stopping killing, appealing to earthly humans to stop killing.

今天重點講吃素，宣導地球人停止吃肉，改吃素食。

Today, I will emphasize on vegetarian diet, advocating earthly humans to stop eating meat and change to vegetarian diet.

素食是一種不食肉、家禽、海鮮等動物產品的飲食方式，不使用那些來自於動物的產品，也不從事與殺生有關的職業。

Vegetarian diet is a dietary mode without eating meat, poultry, seafood and other animal products, and a way of life in which people neither use animals products nor engage in killing-related occupations.

選擇素食就是選擇了一種有益於自身健康、尊重其他生命、愛護環境、合乎自然法則、順應宇宙規律的飲食方式，素食已經逐漸成為符合時代潮流的生活方式。

Choosing vegetarian food is to choose a way of diet that will benefit the health of one’s own, respect lives of the others, care for the environment, conform to the Natural Rule and comply with the Cosmic Law. Vegetarian diet has gradually become a lifestyle in line with the trend of the times.

關於素食的好處和利益是眾所周知，不言而喻的，你們可以自己研究。

我要講的重點是--未來的地球必將是素食的星球。

Regarding advantages and benefits of vegetarian diet, it is well known and self-evident, on which you can conduct your own research. The key point I would like to address is that the future earth is bound to be a vegetarian planet.

宇宙中的絕大多數星球都是素食星球，吃肉是星球文明極端落後的表現。

The majority of planets in the universe are vegetarian planets, and eating meat is the sign of extreme backwardness of the planetary civilization.

如何讓地球人接受吃素的理念並且做到吃素？我一直在思考這個問題。這個問題不是喊喊口號就能解決的。

How to make earthly humans accept the idea of veganism and manage to do it? I have been thinking about this question, which cannot be solved by only shouting slogans.

地球文明發展到今天還沒徹底解決人吃人的問題，何況解決人吃動物的問題呢？

Having developed to the present stage, earthly civilization hasn't completely solved the problem of cannibalism in humans, let alone the problem of humans eating animals?

儘管難度很大，看似無法解決，但我依然充滿信心：地球人一定會戒殺吃素，地球一定會成為素食星球。

Even though the degree of difficulty is huge and seems insurmountable, I am still full of confidence: Earthly humans will surely abstain from killing and keep vegetarian diet, and the earth will surely become a vegetarian planet.

僅僅地球人戒殺吃素的地球還不算是素食星球，只有地球上所有的食肉動物戒殺吃素，地球才能成為真正意義上的素食星球。這可能嗎？我的答案是堅決而肯定的：可能。不僅僅是可能，而且是一定會實現。

It cannot be considered as a vegetarian planet with only earthly humans abstaining from killing and keeping vegetarian diet. Only when all predators on the earth abstain from killing and go vegan will the earth truly become a vegetarian planet. Is that possible? My answer is determined and affirmative: Yes, it is possible. It is not only possible, but also certain to be realized.

所有地球生靈一起戒殺吃素的地球才能成為素食星球。你們或許覺得我在奇思妙想，越講越玄乎，其實不玄。

Only when all earthly beings abstain from killing and go vegan will the earth become a vegetarian planet. Maybe you think that I am thinking wildly and the topic becomes more mysterious as it continues. Actually, it is not.

地球在清洗、調整、淨化、昇華、揚升，地球上所有的物種也都同時在清洗、調整、淨化、昇華、揚升，揚升後的地球將是素食星球，揚升後的物種也將是素食的物種。

The earth is undergoing cleaning, adjustment, purification, sublimation and ascension. Meanwhile, all species on the earth are also undergoing the same process. The earth after its ascension will be a vegetarian planet and the species after their ascension will become vegetarian species.

我反復講過地球沒有末日，地球的未來會更加美好。其中一個重要指標就是未來的地球將成為素食星球，萬物生靈之間和諧共處，彼此之間不再有弱肉強食，不再有殺害傷害，不再有流血紛爭。

I have expounded repeatedly that the earth has no doomsday and the future of the earth will be even much better. One important indicator is that the future earth will become a vegetarian planet; all creatures will live harmoniously; there will be no the strong preying upon the weak; there will be no more killing and hurting; and there will be no more bloodshed and fighting.

我今天再次明確告訴大家：地球沒有末日！未來的地球必將成為萬物生靈的天堂、萬物生靈的淨土、萬物生靈的樂園。

Today, I once more tell you explicitly: The earth has no doomsday! The future earth will surely become a paradise, a pure land and a blessed place for all creatures.

講到這裡，我想起了一個傳說“鳳凰涅槃，浴火重生。”

Upon talking about that, it reminds me of a legend 'Nirvana of the Phoenix, Rebirth in the Flame.’

傳說中，鳳凰是人世間幸福的使者，每五百年，它就要背負著積累於人世間的所有痛苦和恩怨情仇，投身於熊熊烈火中自焚，以生命和美麗的終結換取人世的祥和與幸福。同樣在肉體經受了巨大的痛苦和輪回後它們才能得以重生。垂死的鳳凰投入火中，在火中浴火新生，其羽更豐，其音更清，其神更髓，成為美麗輝煌永生的火鳳凰。

According to the legend, the phoenix is the emissary of happiness in the human world. In every five hundred years, it burdens all pains and agonies, love and hatred, revenge and grudge accumulated in the human world and commits self-burning by throwing itself into the raging fire. And its life and beauty is terminated in exchange for auspiciousness and happiness of the human world. They could gain rebirth only after their flesh bodies have been similarly subjected to great afflictions and transmigration. After the dying phoenix throws itself into the fire and gets reborn from its ashes, its feathers becomes more abundant; its voices gets clearer, and its spirit becomes more vigorous. It turns into an eternal beautiful glorious fire phoenix.

這個傳說很美。

That legend is very beautiful.

剛剛吃了幾塊西瓜，西瓜雖然清熱解暑，但也不宜多吃，物極必反。吃常溫的西瓜最好，不要把西瓜放在冰箱裡冷藏後再吃。

Just had a few pieces of watermelon. Although watermelon can clear summer-heat, it shouldn’t be eaten more than enough. Things will turn to the opposite side when they reach the extreme. We’d better eat the watermelon of room temperature. Don't refrigerate watermelon in the refrigerator before eating.

與大家交流的時間到了，6月份與大家交流的主題是“素食與養生”，大家可以提問，暢所欲言。

To make all earthly humans give up killing and be vegetarians is one of the major targets that I came to the earth to achieve. Earthly humans will be able to do it, and I have confidence in that.

“一個地球，一個夢想”，我也有一個地球夢，這個地球夢的重要組成部分就是全體地球人戒殺吃素。

“One Earth, One Dream.” I also have an Earth Dream, and its important part is that all earthly humans abstain from killing and be vegetarians.

宇宙中殺生吃肉的星球已經很少很少了，殺生吃肉是低智能、低層次、低維次、低頻率的表現，殺生吃肉是星球文明落後的表現。

There are very few planets left in the universe where people kill animals to eat their meat. Killing animals to eat their meat is a manifestation of low intelligence, low level, low dimension, low frequency and it is also a manifestation of backwardness of planetary civilization.

殺生吃肉是違背宇宙規律的，殺生吃肉是逆道而行的，殺生吃肉是不如法的。

不可以以任何理由殺生吃肉。

Killing life for meat violates the Cosmic Law; killing life for meat is a kind of practice against the Way; killing life for meat doesn’t accord with the Dharma.

我的學生必須戒殺吃素，這是一條鐵律，永遠的鐵律，萬世不易的鐵律。

My students must abstain from killing and be vegan. It is an iron law, an eternal iron law and an immutable iron law. Killing animals to eat their meat must not be done for any reason.

地球人啊！

Dear earthly humans!

只有戒殺才能止殺。

Only when you abstain from killing can you stop killing.

地球人國與國戰、家與家戰、民與民戰，彼此殺伐已經很久了，看看腳下的黃土，哪裡黃土不埋人啊，哪裡黃土無血淚啊。

Wars between countries, fights between families and battles between people, the slaughter among human beings has been on for a very long time. Let’s look at the loess underfoot; are there any places where people aren’t buried? Are there any places that aren't covered with blood and tears?

以殺止殺，冤冤相報，無有了期。

To stop killing by killing is a cycle of revenge after revenge, which has no end.

何以止殺？唯有戒殺。

How to stop killing? Only by abstaining from killing.

地球人啊！

Dear human beings!
